From our banquet space, to food and beverage, explore the list below for event policies at Fireside Inn & Suites West Lebanon.
The hotel must provide all food and beverage items. Exceptions such as wedding cakes must be cleared through the sales office. We reserve the right to charge for the services of these items.
All final menu selections are due to the hotel a month prior to the function date and the final count is due one-week prior. In the interest of giving you the best quality in food and service, we request that you abide by the schedule times for meals and notify us promptly of any changes.
We are happy to customize a menu to suite your specific needs. We don’t have the capability to do off-site catering.
In keeping with our heath and safety practices and state liquor laws, no food or beverage can be taken from our banquet rooms. It is against New Hampshire State liquor law to bring your own liquor into any of our licensed areas.
Alcohol consumption is a shared concern of the hosting party and the Fireside Inn & Suites. All function bars are limited to five consecutive hours. No one under 21 years of age is permitted to buy or consume an alcoholic beverage. To ensure the safety of your guests and in compliance with New Hampshire liquor laws, the Fireside Inn reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol services to any individual or group.
All food and beverage items are subject to the New Hampshire tax and the hotel’s service charge.
All Banquet rooms are subject to a room rental and New Hampshire tax.
We don’t allow materials to be attached to the banquet walls. Any decorations must be approved through the sales office in advance. Damages will be accessed and charged accordingly.
Floor plan diagrams of our function space are available through the sales office. Please notify us if you have any special needs for room setup. Changes in rooms and meal arrangements within 24 hours of the event are subject to an additional labor charge of $100.00. To best accommodate all set ups requests the final arrangements should be confirmed a month prior.
A deposit is due for all catering functions at the Fireside Inn unless a direct bill account has been established. The direct bill process takes 3 weeks and is only available to groups that are planning multiple functions. Payment is required in full for each function in advance.
All cancellations must be made directly through the sales office. Cancellation policy is based on the type of function you are planning.
